We base our services on detailed knowledge of the Brno and South Moravian markets. Our team includes experts in the areas of commercial properties, law, finance, and the technological and functional background of production and storage premises. Due to the increasing demand of our clients for our services, we are looking for new colleagues to become part of our team.

Junior Real Estate Consultant

Scope of work:

Daily communication with our clients, both in person and by phone
Work with the database of clients and real estate; going to see the properties with the clients
Lead successful business negotiations, preparation of presentations
Preparation of sales and lease agreements
Negotiation of the terms and conditions for the sale/lease of offices, warehouse, business premises
Search for interesting investment properties
Report to management

Requirements:

Strong-mindedness and high ambitions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Representative appearance and reliability
Business sense and the ability to make decisions quickly
Minimum: high school education + sales practice with verifiable results
Communicative knowledge of English language – necessary for everyday activity, German is an advantage
Proficient IT skills
Legal awareness in the area of Property management
Driving license - group B
